5.3 Delivery Issues

You must inspect goods upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours. For marine-critical items, please mark any delivery issues as “URGENT” in your communication.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery, subject to:

• Item being in original condition (unused with original packaging)
• Electrical items passing safety inspection
• Inclusion of original proof of purchase

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Custom-cut hoses and fittings
• Inspection ports with vessel-specific modifications
• Opened live bait tank and livewell pump systems
• Electrical items with broken safety seals

6.3 Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 3 business days after return approval and will be issued to the original payment method (5-10 business days to appear) or as Whale Shop credit (immediate). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
